are given a picture of shoplifting and talk to each other what can they see
and about the things people steal from the shop
Students
match the wards connected to the crimes with the wards connected to the
criminals in two colamns

read the sentences 1-4 and match them to the explanation of their uses in a-d
Then
complete the rule:
We make
the past continuous with the past simple of -------------+verb + ing.
Ss listen
two teenagers talking about a shoplifting incident and decide if each
statement is true or false. Then students compare their works to each other

writes Ss answers on the board to check there understanding and provide
